Notice on Entry of Third-Country Passengers via Direct Flights to Beijing

Due to the current situation of Covid-19, the relevant authorities of China have decided to further strengthen control measures on the entry of third-country passengers via direct international flights to Beijing.

1. Passengers taking the direct flights between Country A (hereinafter referred to as “the Country”) and Beijing shall be the citizens and Chinese citizens in the country. Passengers from third countries will not be allowed to board the direct flight to Beijing.

2. The Chinese Embassy and Consulate-Generals in the Country will strictly review the travel and residence history of passengers taking the direct flights to Beijing and will not issue green health codes or certified health declaration codes for them if they fail to meet the requirements.

3. Relevant airlines in the Country shall remind and discourage third-country passengers from transiting to Beijing during ticket sales and check-in. Third-country transit passengers will not be allowed to check in or board the direct flight to Beijing.

4. Before boarding, all passengers must fill in the Commitment Letter of Taking the Flight to Beijing provided by the airline, and bear relevant legal responsibilities for concealing such information as travel history and health condition.

The Chinese Embassy in Singapore kindly reminds all passengers to Beijing, in order to avoid being stranded in the transit country, please do not take the direct flight to Beijing via a third country.
