COLLECTION

You may ask your representative to bring the collection form (pink slip) to the Cashier (Counter 1) and queue for payment (no queue number required). Make the payment in cash (netts and credit card not accepted) and go to Collection (Counter 2) to pick up your document. All the documents in one collection form must be collected at the same time. If the collection form is lost, you must come in person with original ID card to prove your identity. The Consular Department is not responsible if the document is collected by anyone else with the collection form. An early collection will interrupt our working procedure and cost extra 50S$  per piece. You may proceed to the Cashier before 4pm and must wait until the normal collection is finished to apply an early collection.
