Singapore Chinese Visa Application Service Centre Officially Begins Operation from 17th May 2010

Singapore Chinese Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC) will officially start its operation from 17th May 2010. Applying for Chinese Ordinary Visa, which includes Tourist and Family visit Visa(L-Visa), Business Visa(F-Visa), Student Visa(X-Visa), Work Visa(Z-Visa), Transit Visa(G-Visa), Crew Visa(C-Visa), Journalist Visa(J-Visa), & Permanent Residence Visa(D-Visa), kindly submit the required application materials to the CVASC. CVASC will charge a service fees according to the price stated on our website of service centre.

From 12noon of 14th May 2010, the Chinese Embassy will stop accepting all walk-in applications of Chinese Ordinary Visa, and only accept applications with online appointment. Kindly visit the embassy website www.chinaembassy.org.sg to make an appointment. Please bring along the receipt of appointment to Chinese Embassy to process your Visa.

 

CVASC will start a trial operation from 13th to 14th May 2010. During the trial period, CVASC will only collect the Visa fees on behalf of Chinese Embassy and there will be no service charge.

 

Please note that applicants holding Diplomatic, Service or Official passport, or who are qualified to apply for the Chinese Diplomatic, Service, or Courtesy visa , or who apply for Hong Kong visa/ entry permit, should still submit the application directly to the Chinese Embassy.
