2011/12/08

A Moving Masterpiece - The Song Dynasty As Living Art, the gem of the China Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo, is exhibiting in Singapore from 7th December 2011 to 6th February 2012. The opening ceremony was held on 6th December 2011 at the Singapore Expo. Chinese Ambassador Wei Wei and Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry Singapore attended the grand opening ceremony of the exhibition.

This magnificent exhibition will be held at the Singapore Expo, Hall 3. After Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, this will be the first stop of its exhibition tour outside China. The “Qing Ming Shang He Tu” is the pride of all Chinese, and a testimony to Chinese civilization. Through animation of this ancient painting, Singaporeans and regional tourists alike will be able to enhance their understanding of Chinese civilization and its history.
