The Relief Fund for the Sichuan Earthquake-stricken Areas Received by the Chinese Embassy Topped RMB 50.17 Million

     On 26 May 2008, the Chinese Embassy in Singapore received S$0.5 million of donation funds for the people in the earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan, China. From 13 May till now, the Embassy has received S$ 9.8 million (about RMB 50.17 million), and about 30,000 person-times have come to the Embassy for donation.
